Thrive Communities identified the property in Ridgefield, WA, and worked to secure an annexation and zone change for a southern parcel that was in UH in conjunction with the adjacent residential zoned piece to the north in order to finalize the future regional pump station for the basin with CRWWD making the future development viable.
