Who we are.
Allan Evridge
As the founder of Thrive Communities, Allan Evridge brings comprehensive, dynamic development and land acquisition experience to the table. He began his career as a commercial broker and developer before switching his focus to large land acquisition and development opportunities, with residential components as the primary driver. While working through the development of these assets, he gained extensive experience with preapplication meetings, public hearings, Developer Agreement negations and amendments, zone changes, and more.
A former quarterback for the Wisconsin Badgers football team, he draws on his drive, focus, and commitment to bring about successful projects and improve surrounding communities.
